Our Philosophy
TL Childcare believes in supporting the growth and development of each child as a unique individual. We believe in providing a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
Our Curriculum
Our center is using Experience Curriculum in all our classrooms starting the 1st week of July 2025! This curriculum is designed to enhance your child’s learning experience with hands on, engaging activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and early childhood development. What this means for your child: They’ll be participating in fun, interactive lessons that are designed to build key skills for their future. We’ll be using research based activities that support each child’s individual learning style and development. You’ll see more purposeful play and projects that encourage your child to explore and discover the world around them. We will also be sending home newsletters to keep you informed about what we’re covering in class and to share ideas on how you can continue learning at home. This way, you can engage with your child’s learning journey and reinforce key concepts together. We are excited about this curriculum what it offers, and we know your child will benefit from the engaging lessons and materials. Our Three year olds
Infant and toddler care is so much more than just meeting basic needs. Our teachers work closely to create a nurturing environment that aligns with each child’s home routine, ensuring a smooth and comforting transition throughout the day.
Our thoughtfully planned lesson activities promote growth in all areas—supporting fine and gross motor development, enhancing social and emotional skills, and engaging children in sensory and cognitive experiences. Children participate in a variety of activities, including independent play, small group interactions, and whole group learning. They also go outside daily to explore and build their physical skills.
In our infant and toddler classrooms, strong, trusting relationships are built not only with the head and assistant teachers but also with support staff who regularly engage with the children.
We provide a house formula and meals when your child is ready, to support your child's daily needs. Families are only asked to provide diapers or pull-ups and an extra change of clothes.
Our class sizes follow Nd state guidelines that ensure personalized attention, with a 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio for infants and 1:5 for toddlers ages 18 months- 35 months.

Our three year old classroom follows a consistent daily schedule that includes a mix of independent play, small group activities, and whole group learning. This balance approach helps children develop confidence, collaboration skills, and a love for learning.
Children play outside every day, engaging in gross motor activities and exploring the world around them. Our program also includes exciting field trips and guest speakers, giving children a variety of real-world experiences that enrich their understanding and curiosity.
Our class sizes follow Nd state guidelines that ensure personalized attention, with a 1:7 teacher-to-child ratio for our three year old class.

Before & After School
Our preschool classrooms follow a consistent daily schedule designed to foster independence, collaboration, and a love for learning. Children participate in a balanced mix of independent activities, small group learning, and whole group experiences both indoors and outdoors. Teachers create engaging lesson plans that support gross and fine motor development, social and emotional growth, and provide a variety of sensory and cognitive experiences. Each child builds strong connections with their head and assistant teachers, as well as with support staff as they learn to bond with them through the play based learning.
Children enjoy outdoor play every day and take part in special experiences such as field trips to the park and visitors from the local STEM program which further enriching their learning.
Our class sizes follows Nd state guidelines that ensure personalized attention, with a 1:10 teacher-to-child ratio for our 4s and 5ys mixed age group.

Before & After School
TLC offers Before and After School care during the school year, providing a safe and engaging environment for your child beyond the school day. Children enjoy a nutritious snack, have the option to work on homework, and participate in a variety of activities including large motor play, small group games, and independent play.
We also offer care during school closures and vacations which are included in your tuition.

Summer Camp Program
Our exciting Summer Camp program is designed just for school-age children, with flexible enrollment options of 3 days or 5 days per week to fit your family's needs.
The Children stay active and engaged in a fun, educational environment that promotes physical movement and hands-on learning. With access to our center garden, children explore nature and develop responsibility through gardening activities.
Each week includes a variety of field trips, such as swimming at the pool, exploring local parks, bowling, watching movies, and visiting local businesses giving children opportunities to learn through real-world experiences. The child will enjoy a balance of independent play, small group activities, and large group learning. They also spend time outdoors daily, exploring, playing, and building physical strength and coordination.

Our facility is equipped with the latest safety and security systems, so you can be sure that your child is always safe and secure. We have Camera in all the rooms along with the outdoor playground and parking lots. Our doors are key fob entry with an open door policy to all parents. We also maintain a high staff-to-child ratio, so your child receives the attention and care they deserve.

Tuition is billed in advance for the upcoming month due on the 1st of each month.
